• Great way to see Komodo Island if you don’t have a lot of time

  We weren’t sure about booking this trip since there were so few doing one day tours of Komodo Island from Bali but we only had one day so we took a chance. From the early pickup at our hotel in Nusa Dua and the return, we always felt taken care of. Rofik provided our transfers between our Bali hotel to Denpasar airport. The company checked us in on our AirAsia flight to Labuan Bajo and sent us our boarding passes. Once we got to Labuan Bajo we were greeted by our guide Mr. Ario. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us to our car which took us to the docks. He joined us on the boat to Komodo Island where he followed us with the guide working the national park. They provided snacks and drinks on the boat. After our hike around the island, he took us to Pink Beach where we had lunch that the tour company provided and got to snorkel and enjoy the beautiful waters. When we were done at Pink Beach, we went to a sand bar to enjoy the low tide and take pictures. Mr. Ario made sure we had enough time to catch our Batik Air flight back to Denpasar. We were back at our hotel in Nusa Dua about 8pm. This day was the highlight of our trip to Indonesia and would highly recommend the tour.

  We had a great door to door service for this trip. It is a long day with an early start but well worth it to see these amazing creatures and some wonderful scenery. We are not good boat people but were well looked after and the speed boat meant there was less motion. You need certain agility to get on and off the boat when it anchors at the different islands. (Just to note there is no toilet on the boat and only one is at Komodo island). We managed to see five Komodo dragons which made the trip! Thank you for a great trip.

  Once in a life time trip! We saw 5 Komodo dragons plus 2 baby ones. They were so cool to see. Then we got to swim with 3 manta rays. Our guide was great and their whole team was very helpful.

  It was an amazing experience with a very authentic view of the dragons. We did however have boat issues. One broke down and the replacement temporarily broke down as well impacting our time at the snorkeling spots. I don’t want to be negative because we loved the experience, but I just wanted to be honest about the boats. It was still much faster than the bigger boats with large groups on them.
