5.00What a wonderful experience! It's a GORGEOUS place unlike all the beautiful beaches on the island. The house, Daniel, was knowledgeable and entertaining. It was great to be in the forest, surrounded by so much nature and get rained on. One caveat, while they provide walking sticks, it's very rough terrain going up and down the mountain. I wouldn't recommend this for those people with mobility issues. We look forward to going back again soon!

5.00It was a great and unique experience to walk through the 43-year-young cloud forest. Our tour guide, Daniel, was very friendly, humorous, and knowledgeable. We learned about the history of the forest and the plants that were planted there. Mosquito spray and walking sticks were available. After the tour, we enjoyed tasting samples of Mamaki tea. Highly recommend.

5.00We were led by Anna through the cloud forest and learned so much about the area. It was a beautiful experience and so peaceful. It was a fairly easy walk but the terrain was a little uneven, so people should be aware and wear appropriate shoes. However, I believe there are different paths that can be taken so the walk can be tailored to the ability of the group to some degree. I highly recommend this experience. It is amazing how different Kona is just 20 minutes from the beach.

5.00It is a totally different experience compared with the rainforest tour in Honolulu. The tour guide Daniel is very knowledgeable. We saw lot of plants from other countries. They release bamboo walking sticks and bug spray in the beginning. I am glad to buy a sweater in the gift shop since it is kind of cold there. A relaxed and interesting tour to go.

5.00I loved my Forest experience! Our guide Brie was very friendly and knowledgeable about all sorts of different plants and the Regeneration of the cloud forest. I loved that she had us set an intention about what we wanted to get out of this tour when we first started it. They were a couple of other times when she asked us to take deep breaths and really feel the forest. Some of you reading this may think it's strange but I loved it!

5.00Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions. It was a beautiful tour in a forest and I got to learn a lot about native and foreign plants in Kona. I really enjoyed this tour and I would recommend it highly to anybody who wants to know more about Kona native plants and get to have a great hike as well
