5.00We had a great experience with Abbas from Ivy Holidays. He picked up my family and me from the Mandarin Oriental and drove us to Kuala Lumpur Airport. He was right on time, very courteous, and made sure we were comfortable the entire trip. The car was clean, the drive was smooth, and he helped make what can often be a stressful airport transfer feel effortless. Would definitely use Ivy Holidays again — and would request Abbas specifically.

5.00Mr. Abbas is very polite and friendly. He was punctual when he picked us up. The day before the pickup, he sent me a WhatsApp to touch base with me. On the day of travel, after alighting us, my husband realised that he has left his mobile phone in his car. I called him immediately. When we spoke he was still at the airport departure gate waiting for us. A honest man. Will definitely recommend Mr. Abbas.

5.00I was booking the IVY Holidays Tour airport transfer services, and they assigned me to Mr. Abbas. I was booking it for my morning flight. On the day I was not feeling well but he was waiting for me patiently at the lobby. He helped me with loading and unloading my luggage, too. He even offered to make a stop to buy medicine. He was very expert in his navigation, which allowed me to have a proper rest for the whole way. As I had a long flight, it really helped me out. I felt so much better after another hour of extra sleep. There is no sudden stop, asking questions, or anything. I was not even aware that I reached the airport. The ride was very smooth. I think I was making the right choice to book the ride. It was very convenient, fast, and allowed me to have peace of mind. Especially since I was feeling unwell, it really took out the hassle part for me. I am genuinely impressed with the service. I will definitely be booking the ride again in the future.
