5.00We had a 5 days visit to Kuala Lumpur in Dec. Mr Razif was our main driver/guide for our 2 way airport transfer and 1 day private tour. He contacted us one day before our arrival and guided us on the meetup point at the KLIA arrival. Mr Razif was very professional and greeted us happily on the day we arrived at KL. He was friendly and always punctual when fetching us from the meetup point to our destination. We had a tour to Genting Premium Outlet Mall and the car ride was very smooth. The vehicle was clean and spacious. He made sure we were always comfortable throughout the whole journey. We would definitely recommend using his car services if you are in Malaysia for a holiday or need a car transport. Thank you for the excellent and 5 star services.

2.00I made a whole video! Talk about venting in the moment so you can rid yourself of the frustration. I am talking about the Wheelchair transfer at KLIA and this is not the first time I am having a rough ride with these guys at KLIA. They are rude, and can come across as very uncaring and this is not from one incident. My first time, my husband had to dismiss them and push the wheelchair himself! KLIA can do better with transferring their passengers on a wheelchair. GET KINDER STAFF..... Period!

3.00Arrived more early . Directions to gate a bit complicated between normal class & first class . Free drinking water always “low water “ means empty ! Few machines at KLiA 1 and 2 same problem . After passport check in they just simply baggage check without any request , so you will think can buy some drink on wait for boarding. Unfortunately when gate to boarding there request all water clear 🙄, many people just waste full bottles. Limited sit and uncomfortable. Please improve. And how long to need to repair a short distance tram .. can’t remember when it breakdowns.

4.00Security through scanning of hand luggage can be hit and miss, I had two .308 used shell cases made in to key rings, they were taken off me, whilst the one on my wife’s key ring sailed through. The terminal is modern with the usual shops and eateries , there are two terminals

5.00My family of 5 needed 4 trips to and from KL airport. Razif was there on time, with great communication by WhatsApp (waited when our flight was late). His car is super clean, and he is very nice, and the price was better than I could get elsewhere. He took us to the Batu Caves and waited for a couple of hours, and this was cheaper and much more convenient than going up train from KL. Great service and I would highly recommend.
