What To Expect
Kuwait Towers
Kuwait Towers is a group of three slender towers that symbolizes Kuwait’s economic resurgence and also World cultural as well as touristic landmark. The structure is often referred to as Kuwait tower in singular although there are three towers. Standing on a promontory into the Arabian Gulf, Kuwait towers were officially inaugurated in 1979 and are rated as a tourist attraction and iconic building of modern Kuwait.
Souk Al-Mubarakiya
It is one of the oldest souqs in Kuwait, and was the center of trade prior to the discovery of oil. You can spend hours in this market strolling around and discovering reasonable bargains on heritage goods such as Persian silk carpets, real Arab antiques, perfumes like musk and oud, and traditional costumes. This place is perfect whether you want to shop, eat, or for sightseeing. Al-Mubarakiya features a variety of shops such as dates, honey, spices, sweets, vegetables, fruits, meat, and fish. In addition to a range of shops accessories, gold and silver jewelries. The market also hosts two mini museums: Sheikh Mubarak Kiosk and the first Islamic pharmacy in Kuwait, and admission is free.

5.00Fantastic City Tour with Waleed Alkhamees who was a perfect ambassador of Kuwait. He did not only show us the most important things of Kuwait City but told us a lot about the history, culture, food, etc. A really perfect tour which we can highly recommend.

5.00Visited everything from 400 hundred year old mosque to one of the largest and most modern malls in the world. Very complete tour.

5.00As I only had one day in Kuwait, I wanted to see as much as possible, which this tour provided! Waleed was my tour guide and he did an excellent job. We went to the Kuwait Towers, the Old Souq where we had some tea and traditional bread, the Grand Mosque, the Al Sadu House and the Habitat Museum. Waleed was very knowledgable and told me interesting facts about his country. He was very accomodating and helped me find a special gift for my mother's birthday, as well. So, if you don't have much time in Kuwait or would like to get a good insight of the city, I can only recommend this tour!

5.00Our visit to Kuwait City was a pleasant surprise. We were delighted with the growing city, the modern side with beautiful skyscrapers and the very beautiful older side. Beautiful park that continues to expand. The Kuwait Towers are really beautiful in real life as in the pictures. All this wonderful experience was possible thanks to our local guide Walled, very friendly, helpful and competent, always giving us historical and cultural information about Kuwait. We went to several museums and without his information our experience would not have been so positive. I highly recommend the guided tour.
