Lots of on and off trains the walking wasn’t that bad. Our guide was friendly, informative & helpful and great at finding the perfect spot to get photos. It is definitely worth coming early so as not to battle the influencers and their obsession of getting the perfect shot no matter how long it takes. I did think that we would go further up the Inari gates seemed a bit rushed to get to the next place. Both the golden palace and the inari gates are spectacular. I would recommend this tour especially if you are pushed for time and want to see the main tourist sights.

This was truly an amazing experience! I traveled to Kyoto from Osaka on my last day in Japan, and the excursion was the perfect length of time to capture all the highlights of the city. Our tour guide, Hina, was fantastic—she even recommended great restaurants and shops to visit after the tour. Hands down, a wonderful way to end my trip. I highly recommend booking this experience!

We met our guide Yuseke on our first morning in Kyoto. It was the perfect start to our time here. The tour enables you to ‘tick off’ some of the key attractions including the bamboo forest. The tour was timed well and Yuseke was on hand to help navigate. The trip kicked off in fairly heavy rain, but it didn’t matter - it was still fantastic! We had a great time & would recommend this trip to anyone - just make sure your feet are ready as you can expect to walk 15,000 steps!

We had a fantastic experience with Aya. She spoke perfect English and provided a lot of information. She explained all of the sites, navigated us to various sites with ease and took great pictures. Best tour guide we have had in Japan so far.
