We had a great experience! We were picked up from our Airbnb near Playas del Coco. Our tour guide helped us make the most of our experience by taking us through river crossings, a natural waterslide, and took pictures and videos throughout the whole hike. It is a more technical hike than cardio-heavy. Would recommend wearing swimsuits, athletic shorts, and water shoes. We did not need water bottles and only took one phone for pictures/videos. After the waterfall tour, we went to a local spot for lunch that was fantastic. We were home by early afternoon!
