What To Expect
The Parón Lagoon is located in a ravine of the same name on the east side of the city of Caraz in the Cordillera Blanca, which is accessed by an affirmed road (trail type), it is an excellent point to observe the most important pyramidal mountains of the Cordillera Blanca Within this valley is the Parón lagoon, a peaceful and strategic place from where you get excellent views of the Artesonraju mountains (Paramount Pictures logo), Garcilazo Pyramid, Caraz and Huandoys. Magnificent circuit for a day of nature and mountains in the Andes. Duration: all day. Departure time: 7:00 am Visiting time: all year. Tour Type: Conventional Location: Caraz, Ancash.

5.00A very charming hotel, very close to a beautiful beach. The Agua Amarga family stands out for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast, and very attentive staff. Clean pool all year round and free parking. Highly recommended.

5.00Too great a trip. The transport took us to the same lagoon, and from there we went to the viewpoint to take better photos. Really the service helped us to get there in the best way and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Lagoon.

5.00Ended up booking a private tour with Pablo. Like my other tour with Andean Raju, the day was flawless. Pablo, the owner of the company, is SO passionate about the mountains, and it really shows in the way he conducts business. His goal is to share his love for the mountains with other nature lovers, and that is how it felt the entire time. Not only was he always offering to take pictures of me, but I also caught him drooling over the same mountains he sees every day. Really shows that this is much more than just a job to him. I can't express how much I recommend his company Andean Raju. I offered to write this review because it is my true experience....an impeccable one. And yeah. Laguna Paron!!!!!!! Absolutely breathtaking, exactly like the photos on google. Both Pablo and the guide I had for 69 were extremely motivational, knowledgable, and helpful. Went for the lakes, left with a new friend. Highly, HIGHLY reccomend this company, and feel confident any tours from Andean Raju will be the same.
