Our wine tour is a social, down to earth and laid back trip that offers great wines, gin, cider and more..and we have a laugh doing it!
We'll pick you up in the morning and focus on everyone getting to know each other. We get everyone to add to a Spotify playlist so we have some tunes and spend the first hour just chatting!
Our itinerary has been crafted over the many years to give everyone choice throughout the day. This is done by selecting venues that are very close to other types of venues so you get as much control and choice as possible.
Generally we go to 2 Wineries (one of which also does cider), then lunch at your expense, then onto your choice of a Gin distillery, A brewery or a winery and finally your choice of a chocolate tasting or another winery. Cheese is also available
We don't include lunch in the price, so we go to a restaurant (Quarters or Chandon) where you can order/pay what you want to eat/drink.
We use a 24 seater bus but generally fill 15-22 seats.

We do not do Hotel pick ups unless you can meet us on the way the Yarra Valley and it's not a detour.
We do not have space for luggage of any sort.
We have 2 vehicles that run this tour. We primarily use a 24 seater bus but purposefully dont fill it up to still give the tour an intimate and small-group feel. We only allow 18 people max book. We also run a second vehicle of 13 seats which is a smaller van. If group size is important to you, please let us know so we can best accomodate you!
This is a public group tour where you’ll be joined by others. You can book this tour however as a large group and we can discuss doing a private tour for your group

What To Expect
Yarra Valley
The following are a list of wineries and venues we will go to. The tour includes tastings at 4 of these venues , with a 5th being a lunch stop that doesn’t include a tasting. We have structured this itinerary to give everyone a few choices throughout the day. We will drive for 55 minutes to our first venue. After about 45 minutes its starts getting scenic!
Try 5-6 wines and an incredible Pink Lady Apple Cider at this very small, boutique and family run vineyard.

Don't like Gin?Want more wine?: We'll take you across the road to 'Payten and Jones' for maybe the best wine tasting of the day instead of Four Pillars Gin.

5.00Intimate small group experience which was as the name suggests very laid back. Had 2 wine tastings, a gin tasting and lastly a chocolate one with lunch inbetween. All the places were very enjoyable. Callum was our driver and was upbeat and great.

5.00Loved this day-trip. Matt made it a comfortable, relaxing, and fun day for all. Starting with pickup, we had a party of two running late. Everyone else was on time, and so after numerous emails previously saying you would be left behind, that’s exactly what happened. It was greatly appreciated by everyone on board, and we kept to our schedule throughout the day. As we trundled along, Matt played our Spotify playlist, to which everyone had added songs. Lunch was great. We had pizza. The wineries were all great, but my favourite was the first, and I was glad I had purchased the wine. I would recommend this trip in a heartbeat. Thanks to Matt and Teepee Tours for a memorable day.

5.00We had a very pleasant day in the diarrhea valley area, which is beautiful. We enjoyed three wineries, a good lunch and then a visit to a chocolaterie. Our tour guide matt was just great. He provided good information and we could hear him clearly.
