Our wine tour is a social, down to earth and laid back trip that offers great wines, gin,cider and more..and we have a laugh doing it!
We'll pick you up in the morning and focus on everyone getting to know each other. We get everyone to add to a Spotify playlist so we have some tunes and spend the first hour just chatting!
Every tour is different. Everything we do on my trip is discussed by the group in the morning. We will give you options to choose from including many different wineries, Distilleries, a cheese place,a chocolate factory, Cideries, restaurants and breweries.
However if you just want to come along and put your trust in us, we will visit 4 or 5 unique venues, all with a point of difference.
Generally we do 2 wineries,a restaurant,a distillery and either,a chocolate place or a champagne place.
We don't include lunch in the price, so we go to a restaurant (Quarters) where you can order/pay what you want to eat/drink.
We use a 24 seater bus, but only fill 10-18 seats

We do not do Hotel pick ups unless you can meet us on the way the Yarra Valley and it's not a detour.
We do not have space for luggage of any sort.
We have 2 vehicles that run this tour. We primarily use a 24 seater bus but purposefully dont fill it up to still give the tour an intimate and small-group feel. We only allow 18 people max book. We also run a second vehicle of 13 seats which is a smaller van. If group size is important to you, please let us know so we can best accomodate you!
This is a public group tour where you’ll be joined by others. You can book this tour however as a large group and we can discuss doing a private tour for your group

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We supply cheese platters at the second winery if you are on our standard tour in the larger bus. When we run a smaller van it is common that we do not supply this cheese platter.

We use a bus with 24 seats, and when busy a 2nd van with 13. If size is important to you, inform us!
Lunch- We will go to a restaurant where everyone can order/pay their own way. Allow 20-30$ for mains
We won’t Go to every place mentioned in the itinerary. They are a list of potential options.
What To Expect
Yarra Valley
The following are a list of wineries and venues we could go to. We do not go to all of these. The tour includes tastings at 4 of these venues , with a 5th being a lunch stop that doesn’t include a tasting. The itinerary can change each day based on what’s open/availabe. We will drive for 55 minutes to our first venue. After about 45 minutes its starts getting scenic!
Try 5-6 wines and an incredible Pink Lady Apple Cider at this very small, boutique and family run vineyard.

4.00The small wine tour was a fun day out, the wineries chosen were great, as a Melburnian I had not visited them before. Our interstate guests enjoyed seeing the Yarra Valley, despite the grey skies.
Some Good Moments, But Room for Improvement

3.00We had a decent day overall, but there were a few things that took away from the experience. The selection of wineries could have been a bit stronger — the first few stops felt a little underwhelming and not especially engaging. There was also some confusion by one of the wineries, which left us walking in the rain trying to figure out where the tasting was actually happening - not ideal on a cold day. It would’ve been nice to have complimentary water available on the bus for a bit of comfort between tastings. Callum, our driver, was a definite highlight — he had a great attitude and really helped set a relaxed, positive tone for the day. One thing worth mentioning is that the Viator listing was a bit confusing. It gave the impression that a tasting at St Hubert’s was included before lunch. While I knew lunch was at our own expense, it wasn’t clear that the wine tasting there would also be an additional cost. That was a bit of a surprise and made the overall value feel a little off — especially since there are similar tours that include lunch and/or an extra winery for about the same price.

5.00Good wines, gins and chocolate. The day was well timed; we were never bored or rushed. We "loved" our driver, Aydin. Knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and made sure everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend!!!
