Travelers will explore the famous whale shark area of Ghoubet Bay, one of the best places in the world to encounter these gentle giants. From the boat, guests can admire the volcanic cliffs surrounding the bay and the deep blue waters of the Gulf of Tadjourah. During the snorkeling session, travelers may observe whale sharks swimming calmly near the surface, along with tropical fish and marine life. The guide will explain safety rules, marine behavior, and the unique ecosystem of Ghoubet. Time is provided for photos, relaxation on the boat, and enjoying the natural beauty of the bay.
Travelers will explore the Ardoukoba volcanic area, located between Ghoubet Bay and Lake Assal. This region marks the point where the African continent is splitting into two, creating visible tectonic fissures and dramatic rift formations. Guests can walk on ancient lava fields, observe the crater zone, and discover the black basalt landscape shaped by the 1978 eruption. The guide will explain the geology, the rift system, and how the African and Arabian plates continue to separate. Had the best experience with Abdul & Omar, lovely people that showed us the wonders of Djibouti all around. Never thought I'd go up these mountains, would not be possible without these humane guys. Love it

Great tour! I did it in French. The itinerary was good. We tried to see the whale sharks, but were not lucky. There were wonderful sites to see, though. I do recommend.

From the moment I contacted Tata Tours, I knew I was in exceptional hands. After reaching out to several agencies in Djibouti, they stood out immediately with their incredible responsiveness and genuine care. What truly amazed me was the personalized service, the owner himself came to my hotel to discuss and plan my entire itinerary. This level of dedication and attention to detail is something I've never experienced with any travel agency before. The experiences themselves were absolutely phenomenal. We visited Lake Assal, dove with whale sharks (an unforgettable bucket-list moment!), and explored Lake Abbe, each location more breathtaking than the last. My guide Ali deserves special mention, he was not just knowledgeable and professional, but genuinely friendly and welcoming. He made me feel like royalty throughout the entire journey. His passion for sharing Djibouti's wonders made every moment even more special. The entire experience was mind-blowing from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, every moment carefully curated. I felt valued, well cared for, and completely immersed in the beauty of Djibouti. I cannot recommend Inji Buti highly enough. If you're planning a trip to Djibouti, look no further - this is hands down the best agency you'll find. Thank you for an incredible adventure I'll treasure forever!
