5.00Well-operated boat. Modern and smooth. Helpful staff. Amazingly beautiful scenery in every direction throughout the cruise. Really a unique perspective from the water. Only negative was on Trip Advisor end. Not clear after booking through them what was needed in the way if ticket, etc. to board. Then couldn’t access easily; called for PW reset. Boat loading about ended and still waiting for e-tkt from Trip Advisor. Ultimately, crew had to look us up on their manifest to let us onboard.

5.00This boat ride was efficiently handled and as advertised. The back of the boat gave a perfect view and was protected from the wind. However, the audio announcements were not easy to hear at the rear.
