The best way to know more about a new culture is through its flavours!
Join us in a two hour authentic Swiss experience in the heart of the Swiss alps. Lucerne is the most beautiful city in Switzerland and it is also a place where you get the best representation of the central Swiss wine and culinary delights. We will sample 7 different Lake Lucerne Region wines paired with regional cheese and charcuterie. We stop in two of the most traditional wine cellars in the city. While there is a short distance of walking involved, we will concentrate more in enjoying wine, cheese and other snacks and learn about the culture and history of the region!

What To Expect
Have you ever tasted Swiss Wines? So, this is your opportunity to discover some of the best Lake Lucerne Region wines! Wether you love sparkling, red, white, rose or sweet wines central Switzerland has it all! The Fjord landscape around the lake has the perfect microclimate to produce good quality wines. This Region is not just the heart of the Swiss confederation but also a place where unique alpine culinary delights can be enjoyed. We will visit two of the most traditional wine cellars in Lucerne to sample 7 different Lake Lucerne Region wines paired with local cheese and charcuterie! Just as we say in Switzerland “uf die Region für die Region”

5.00We were fortunate to enjoy an unexpectedly private wine tasting with Luis and it was the best of times in beautiful Lucerne. Luis is a friendly and generous soul with an easy manner and keen sense of Swiss wine. We went to three lovely wine bars and enjoyed wonderful food and drink, and even more so, conversation about family, culture, and society. It was a wonderful experience we recommend strongly. Well worth every penny.

5.00My husband and I and two other couples had one day in Lucerne before boarding a river cruise. I had heard and read wonderful things about Luis and his tours!! Everything was spot on. Luis took the six of us all over Lucerne, telling us so much about the history of the area that we would never have learned on our own. After the fabulous tour of the city we ended with a wine tasting at a perfect little winery. I would recommend his tours to anyone heading to Lucerne. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better tour than Luis! Loved him!
