We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

Colorful but expensive without alternative

1.00Unfortunately, there is no easy way to go from the airport to the city other than that private bus line. Taxi is expensive and public transport only connects through nearby Landvetter and takes twice as long with lower frequency. They know that and abuse there market position by offering trips for high prices (3x public transport), are unreliable when going out of town as they often get stuck in traffic, their app is garbage and shows you old tickets on there until expiration date. They have no offers for regulars as in the past (10-trip tickets with discount) and increase prices regularly why many people get picked up at the airport nowadays instead of using the cleaner alternative.

5.00When it comes to visiting another country, one thing I try to always do is maximise the public transportation, it’s part of the travelling experience I believe. Every country has their own way of doing it, and with Sweden, especially Flygbussarna it was very easy. The app was easy to download from the App Store, relatively fair price considering we were going from Gothenburg airport to Gothenburg C. Was very pleased with the service, driver was friendly and helpful.

1.00Lack of respect, rude driver, he freed me from the Bus while I just ask him if it was the right one to take me to Arlanda Stockholm airport, so there on the other hand it is unacceptable I can tell you that I was really very pissed because in addition the guy did not want to work... there are plenty of unemployed people who would like it!!! he does not hesitate do not do this job there if you do not want, and do not speak badly to people I hate it he made me nervous for the day!!! I advise against taking the bus home in the morning and even quite simply!

2.00Terribly expensive with 300 bucks for two people. And that it is virtually impossible to travel with ordinary public transport?!? Are you kidding me? We searched in the app but all the options were with the airport buses.

1.00The bus was half an hour late. Not acceptable on an airport bus where you have a flight to catch. Next time it will be with more reliable company / taxi. The only positive was the cute driver. But poor thing what a working environment

5.00It was nice to be able to purchase our bus passes in advance. I worried that our tickets would not be accepted - it seemed the attendants at the bus had not seen Viator tickets before. In the end, the woman in charge said “I'll accept it”. The bus was comfortable and there was ample space for luggage in the outside compartment as well as overhead inside the bus for smaller pieces
