2.00The driver did not follow the agreed itinerary and failed to take us to the cable car as scheduled, claiming instead that it would be done the following day. He then took us on the mangrove river tour, which was originally planned for the next day, and asked us to pay for it despite the fact that we had already paid the company in advance. On the following day, he requested additional payment for the cable car trip, even though it was already included and paid for as part of the first day’s program, and the delay was entirely due to his actions. In order to avoid further issues, I paid the amount he requested.
