  Tour guide fantastic, Paul. Very informative and although didn't have long at some of the stops we got to see lots. There was also the chance for a camel ride for 11 euros.

  This was a full day offering most (if not all) of the sights and tourist attractions that Lanzarote offers. It would be great for a first time visitor to the island. Pick-up was very efficient and exactly on time - this had been arranged beforehand by WhatsApp message. It was a surprise that the 56 seat coach was totally full when we got on and, as we were the last to be picked up, we had a choice of only two seats both right at the back of the coach. Another surprise was that all the commentary by the guide was in English, German and Spanish (which was very time-consuming) whereas I had been led to believe it was a solely English speaking tour. The tour was comprehensive and the guide was knowledgeable and professional. Visits to the volcanoes and caves, handing hot lava ash and opportunity to ride on a camel (at an extra cost of €11 per person) were highlights. Lunch felt a bit of a rip-off. The only option was either you paid €14 each for a rushed buffet in a hill top cafe or you didn’t eat. The savoury food was ok but dessert just a banana and/or some sort of custard. Wine tasting was a disappointment; at a stop at a wine retailer’s shop each guest was given a tiny mouthful in a plastic cup of just one type of wine. No options for any other variety and everywhere wine was for sale. This seemed like exploitation of a captive market. There were several stops and some just touched on too long. Drop off at the end of the tour was in reverse order from pick up and final stop was at 6:15pm. Overall, despite minor ‘gripes’, I would recommend this tour to anyone who would like a good overview of the island

  What a great way to see the island!! We were able to cover all the major sights in one tour. Our guide and driver Manuel were both great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the island!! Our only complaint is they should have a pick up and drop off at the cruise port and the reason for (4) stars

  One of the best day tours I have been on. Both Tony and Paul from Tour2b really looked after us all day and took us on a grand tour of Lanzarote. Very informative and topped off with a good lunch. I would thoroughly recommend this tour and company.

  Timothy our guide was of font of all knowledge during this trip. A very pleasant host who laced his information with plenty of humour. All the places visited were worth the trip particularly the National Park. The fourty minute tour with a recorded commentary with music was memorable. The area is so alien to other landscapes throughout the world that I felt strangely disoriented. Fabulous experience. At the end of the trip I felt highly satisfied and more aware of local customs, traditions and how the island exists in the world.

  A beautiful island, a little more VIP than the others, with more expensive prices and fewer rooms available; but despite this I liked it more than Fuerteventura both for the history and for the activities on the island and the towns

  I booked a grand tour with this company 4 days ahead. The pick up day and time were confirmed. On the day D I was there 15 minutes in advance. The bus never showed up. The tour guide I presume called me to ask where I was, I told him at the confirmed meeting point. But their meeting point had changed so I missed the tour. I was asked either to take a taxi (I would have had to pay this myself!!!) to go to playa del Carmen, 25 minutes drive to catch up the bus or to rebook. That was not acceptable. I'm here on vacation with lots activities already planned. I can not have my vacation programme dictated to me like that. They refused to refund me at first. I had to have the person in my hotel who books all the tours to sort it out. I re-booked with a more serious company. The worst is that their communication via WhatsApp intends to make you feel responsible for missing the bus. This company can NOT be trusted, can NOT be recommended. They work with another company called LCT Europe, the bus company in charge for pick up. They are both USELESS and HELPLESS. They forget that without we, the tourists, they would be jobless!!! So instead of having such an arrogant and helpless attitude, they should be reminded that we contribute to their salary.

  The bus drive through Timanfaya national park was an experience I will never forget. It was like being on another planet. We also stopped at salt mines, a green lagoon, a wine tasting and Jameos del Agua. Just the right amount of time allowed for each stop with no feeling of being rushed. We even had time for a camel trek. The driver was superb and the guide exuberant. Thank you both. Just one tip, bring some cash with you.
