1.00They do not arrive to collect you when agreed. We booked and agreed 8.30am at a designated spot and without consolation, it was changed to 9.40am at a completely different pickup spot.

1.00One of the worst experiences ever. I waited for the driver at the specified location, but nobody showed up. I waited for half an hour, and during that time no one even tried to contact me. I reached out to the company requesting a refund, only to be told that the driver “didn’t see me.” Terrible experience — my last day on the island was completely ruined. This company only cares about making money; they absolutely do not accommodate their customers.
