  Michael our guide was very good. The tour missed having to wait in a long queue of those who were driving themselves. Knowlegable and informative. We did not join the camelride but enjoyed the information re the wine and grape production. Sadly admin not so good. Having booked the tour with a 9 am pick up from our hotel the day before the pickup had moved 10k meaning we had to drive, moved to 9.45 and arrived at 10. On our return we reminded the guide we needed to be dropped off but the bus did not stop so we had to get a taxi back, though the company paid.

  Excellent! Michael was fun & knowledgeable and Manuel was an excellent driver. Other than the queue entering the national park it was a fab experience. The camel ride and the volcano visit were was loved by all. Great that everything ran to time too!

  A great half day trip. Micheal was an amazing guide. The camels were fun, the stop for the experience brilliant and the bus drive through the lava fields unique!

  The trip itself was really enjoyable. Our tour guide was lovely. The camel ride was fun and the volcano tour very informative. The only thing that stopped it getting full stars was our pick up point was quite away from our apartments and we found later there was a much closer one.

  Pros : The tour is informative & the guide Michael is knowlegeable and entertaining. The volcano trip is great, the camel ride is worth the extra charge. Cons: i booked a tour that guaranteed no more than 25 people on it . There were over 70 on our tour bus, ( a huge double-decker) The places offered for pick up are not all available . Once you book they will email you with the place they want you to br picked up which in our case was a 20 minute walk from the selected place. I was told this was because the huge bus couldnt get down some of the streets. The trip to the winery at the end is a bit pointless.
