- Review from Viator
We booked the experience as the Viator website said it was pre 12pm and would be max a couple of hours - it wasn’t until we’d booked and paid for it that we were told it was actually going to take 4-5 hours including travelling etc….we didn’t have this time as were flying home. I contacted Viator straight away to inform them, and explained what it said on their website when we booked, but they wouldn’t give us a refund or credit. Terrible service and very misleading when booking, would not recommend!

Lapland Winter park is very new, but it's a great alternative to Santa Clause Village. It feels less tacky and much more calm, and it's also a nicer location in the forest. My kids loved the snowmobiles, which were quite quick, and even though the course is only a semi circle they never seemed to get bored.
