The path of Inca is a geographical, cultural and scenic wonder. Making such a demanding journey with a good company of guides and porters is essential to go safe and comfortable. Our guide Lizandro took care of us and guided us well. The cook, an artist with elaborate dishes despite the difficulties of the road. The porters, fast, efficient guys. I have nothing but thanks and recognition for the professionalism and effort.

We did the 4-day Trek with Explora Andina and the truth is that the deal was excellent. Meals more than abundant and amazing...eat cake at 3500 m altitude?? Well yes!! When it started raining the boys took care of us at all times and nothing got wet and our guide Lizandro took us safely to Machu Picchu telling us many things along the way. A great experience!!

Huber, Jonathan and Wilber were excellent guides. They were very knowledgeable about the history of Machu Pichu, and they took the time to make our trip a memorable and personable one. Without a doubt, I would recommend. I enjoyed how attentive they were throughout and how they made time for us to ask questions. We were a large group (21 people) and I was impressed with how smooth everything turned out with transportation, planning and timing, ascending and descending Machu Pichu, and also how AMAZING the food was. Wouldn’t want my experience any other way. Thank you!!!!

Huber, Wilbert, Jonathan, and Rodia were amazing guides. They absolutely changed my life, and I felt they taught their knowledge of ancestral lands to the group with great mastery. The Sacred Valley was incredible, and their insights made it all the more special. We were patient in seeing Machu Picchu in the rain, and it was absolutely worth it—it felt like a magical reward for our perseverance. The tour was very organized, with every detail thoughtfully planned, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I can’t wait to be back in Peru, and I’ll hold my time with this tour forever in my heart. Thank you all for the experience of a lifetime!

An authentic experience in Valle de Lares. My experience in Valle de Lares was truly unique and enriching. Exploring the Andean heights and immersing myself in the textile traditions of the Huacawasi community was a transformative journey. The weavings seem to tell ancient stories, and walking through the stunning landscapes while visiting historical sites like Raqaypata and Soqma was simply amazing. The visit to the Perolniyoc waterfall was a magical moment. And of course, the cherry on the cake was the visit to Machu Picchu. I recommend the Explorandino travel agency for the work they have been developing with the proposal of unconventional trips, they integrate local ventures that are respectful of the local culture and the natural environment.
