5.00Received a phone call from Our driver almost immediately upon deplaning. He was excellent. After getting our luggage (he was waiting at the carousel) he showed us the strip on our way to our hotel. Having never been to Las Vegas, I really fo appreciate the first hand knowledge he shared with us. It was excellent to start off our vacation this way. Totally worth the extra $. I'm going to request the same driver if at all possible for the trip back to the airport.

5.00Driver called once we landed, gave us directions to find our baggage, which was great because we had no idea it was in a whole other area of the airport. Met us there with a name sign and promptly took our luggage and then off to the suburban. It was immaculate! Driver was friendly and courteous, giving us ideas on fun things to do with our family. Told us about the sights as we drove to our hotel, then unloaded our bags from the truck and wished us well on our vacation. Six stars!
