Half-day Moroccan cooking workshop.
Learn to prepare a full traditional Moroccan meal with help and instruction from our professional team. Under the watchful eye of our Moroccan chef, learn the secrets to many of the classic dishes. You will experience a guided tour of the spice souk, learning about the history of how our ingredients arrived to these shores, before dining on your dishes you prepared back in our salon.
All classes are hosted in English and French.

What To Expect
In a friendly and casual atmosphere, each participant learn how to prepare a traditional meal that one can then easily reproduce at home. (Some example of meal below). Workshops continue with a tour of the souk where everyone can complete his knowledge on the use of herbs and spices in Moroccan cuisine. Finally, the day ends in our oriental lounge by tasting of the prepared dishes.

5.00Book this experience! I went with my teenage daughter and could not have been more pleased. Impeccably clean, friendly, fun ... we did it on our first day in Essaouira and found it to be a wonderful way to spend a day. The hosts were so inclusive with my daughter chatting with her and gave us lots of great tips and places to go and things to do during our stay. Excellent experience.

5.00What an amazing experience. This is a great way to understand the basics of Moroccan cooking. Exceptional tutor who explained the techniques and method for creating tasty food. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this as a great way pass a few hours in the Windy City.
