The cooking class was amazing and I learned how to make Tucumanas. They were absolutely delicious and the cooking was a great time. Can 100% recommend when in La Paz! 😊

I did the cooking class with Danielle. I was the only participant. I really liked it. Danielle is very nice and we talked very well all afternoon and I got to know a lot about Bolivian food and also about Bolivian life. I would book the course again and again.

Daniela was an excellent and accommodating host. She was super friendly and inviting, and we had a great conversation over a wide range of topics. Most importantly, the dish we ended up making was delicious!!! I highly recommend this experience!!

Danielle ran a fantastic cooking class, we had a great time making tucumanas and Bolivian drinks, all while learning about Bolivian culture. Danielle was warm and friendly and showed us ways we could recreate the dish at home without all of the local ingredients. She accommodated us at very short notice and was able to provide a yummy vegetarian recipe that still felt authentic. We would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning how to cook some Bolivian food!

Amazing experience where we felt so welcome and were able to learn a lot more about Bolivia than their food. We prepared two delicious local dishes and loved eating both. Our chef spoke fluently English and made us feel very welcome. Cannot recommend this experience enough- our 18 and 22 year olds loved it too.

This was a great cooking class with every ingredient explained and the food came out perfect. This is all traditional food so they will cater to just about any type of diet if possible. The added special at the end is the local drinks with explanations.

Much as others have said, Danielle is amazing. I only speak English but the communication was made easy with Danielle's English language skills. The food was fresh, the preparation fun. The drinks were very tasty and I enjoyed the back story to the Bolivian liquors. Best of all we got to eat the delicious meal.

The cooking class with Silvia was a great experience that we definitely recommend. We cooked Sajpa de Pollo, a typical dish in La Paz, and learned a lot about the ingredients (including black potatoes) that are sometimes very foreign to us. After everything was prepared and simmered, we tasted various local spirits, including Singani as well as gin and whiskey from La Paz, very delicious. Afterwards we enjoyed the very good food together. Due to the current booking situation there were only two of us, quasi a private cooking class, and Silvia went to great lengths to prepare us a nice evening. Communication in advance also worked very well.

We booked this tour very last minute but it was well worth it! Danielle and team were organised, clean kitchen and very knowledgable. They did not only teach us about Bolivian cuisine but Bolivian culture and gave us great tips for restaurants in Sucre! We had a wonderful afternoon!
