What To Expect
In this class, we’ll explore the rhythms and moves of Bachata and Salsa, or both, based on your preference. We begin by focusing on timing and rhythm to build a solid foundation. Then, we warm up with essential open steps to get comfortable with the music. Next, we’ll cover the basics of turns to add style and fluidity to your movements. Finally, we’ll dive into partner work, emphasizing connection and teamwork. Dance is about collaboration, and here, we’ll grow together. Whether you’re dancing solo, with a partner, or in a group, this class provides a supportive environment. Dance is healing, and I’m excited to share this passion with you! 5.00First and foremost, this was an excellent outing. The space was cozy, the energy was friendly and upbeat, and the pride in work was apparent. We really enjoyed having the time to leave to dance two rhythms and, more importantly, feel very comfortable. It felt like having a friend teach you so it was both comfortable and easy. We highly recommend this outing in Puerto Viejo. You will love it!

5.00Isa's dance class was fun and energetic. Isa is a great teacher and leader. I was able to follow her lead better than any dance partner I've ever had. Isa has a warm, exciting and bright personality and will make you feel comfortable with the dance. Isa even went out of her way to send my mother a kind and sweet video message, which she appreciated, when she became to ill to attend the dance class. This was a memorable and enjoyable experience and now I know how to salsa and bacchata dance because Isa made it so much fun and easy to learn.

5.00We had such a great time taking Isa’s dance class! Isa is a really great teacher - she was very patient and has tonnes of energy. I was slightly nervous about taking a salsa class as I have zero experience of salsa but that melted away really quickly - we started with the basics and by the end of the hour my partner and I were dancing together. We chose the beach setting for the class, which made it very special. We are looking forward to practicing more and going dancing. A fantastic experience - take Isa’s class, you won’t regret it!
