With my experience as a national bodyboard champion and a friendly approach, you will enjoy a safe and exciting environment, ideal for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or want to perfect your technique, certified, bilingual instructors will help you feel comfortable on the water as you explore the waves of the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

5.00We rented sunbeds and surfboards from Yaz, and this quickly became our favorite spot on Playa Espadilla. We had to come back the next day to hang out at Yaz’s spot. Yaz and the guys were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Great vibes, great service — highly recommended! Pura Vida

5.00I had a great experience with my surf lesson! The instructor was super patient, encouraging, and really helpful for a complete beginner like me. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Thanks to their guidance, I was even able to stand up on the surfboard! Overall, a fun and confidence-boosting lesson — highly recommended!

5.00Super happy with Yazdany and the surfing lesson he gave me and my dad! He is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable - right away he offered us chairs and an umbrella to sit under so my mom was comfortable while she watched us learn how to surf. The surfing instructions were great too, he taught my dad who was very happy after we finished the lesson. Yazdany also offered to drive us back to our hotel bc we missed the last shuttle, and gave us recommendations on tours and restaurants around town. 10/10 would recommend!

5.00We had both Kenneth as our surf instructor and he did a great job helping us get up on the board for our first time! So much fun surfing the waves here and enjoying a nice beach day after the lesson. It was also great that Yazdany offered transportation if you’re in the Manuel Antonio area!

5.00Yazdanny is a gifted instructor who really tunes in to each person’s needs. His calm, encouraging style makes learning feel safe and fun. He is well-known in the surf community, and it’s inspiring to hear about all the countries where he has represented Costa Rica. He’s fantastic with total beginners like me, and he also trains more experienced surfers who want a serious, high-energy session.
