Description
Begin your adventure with a local boat ride that carries you and your kayaks upstream to the peaceful upper stretches of the river. From here, paddle gently through the lush mangrove forest, immersing yourself in the calm beauty of this remarkable ecosystem. Keep a lookout for wildlife such as wild ducks, graceful herons, and colorful kingfishers that call the Lebam River home.
After about 90 minutes of leisurely kayaking, rendezvous with the safety boat and return to Kuala Sungai Lebam jetty. On the way back to your hotel, enjoy a short visit to the well-known Desaru Fruit Farm Shop, where you can pick up freshly harvested tropical fruits.
