We purchased the ticket and then we were told we had to have a child with us to enter. It’s not the Lego facilities fault….its Viator for not making that clear. The facility could not issue a refund so we gave the tickets to another family. We lost $60, but made another family happy to go in with their kids.

Spent over 2 and a half hours here! What a fun time with our 7 yr old. She played with other kids, learned to build a frog with Lego and got to speak with a master builder. We spent time in the movie theater as they had 4 different shows that played. Their coffee shop was great & the memories made were well worth it.

Save your money. My children are 7 and 9 and SUPER into Legos. Santa brought them each an all access ticket and a gift card to use in the shop. We have never been here and they were super pumped to go. They each got to pick out a mini figure and my son asked why they were all the same? He was told there was a brick master down stairs they could trade with. Cool! While waiting to get started, we did the picture machine. Included with our admission was the photo pass where you “get access to your digital memories” of the day. They give you a card with a QR code to scan on the photo machine. We did a group shot, the kids together, and the kids individually. You have to scan your VIP access card before it will take your picture. Great! They’ll have something to put in the LEGO picture frames Santa also brought. At the start of your time, your group is ushered into a room where you take a virtual tour of the Lego factory. When that is over, you go straight to the first “ride.” A little bit of a wait but not too bad. It was fun for all. Then you walk through a room where Columbus and other notable Ohio cities are built out of Legos, then you’re in the main area. It’s basically just different areas to build things. There’s another “ride” and a play structure. A small theater was just getting ready to start a new showing so we got in on that. That was fun and the kids loved it. Be aware, you will get wet. There’s a room that says brick master but there was never anyone in it to trade your mini figure with. When I asked 3 different employees if there was a brick master to trade Minifigs with, I was just told “I don’t know.” Half of the employees are on the spectrum, which I LOVED because I also have a child on the spectrum. But they lacked any customer service training and I observed them being extremely rude to some children and families. My child on the spectrum likes to make sure people have the correct information, and it can come across as rude/being a know it all. So I was trying to look at their behavior that way. But these were grown adults and their words and behaviors were not acceptable in a customer service setting. My kids played on the structure for quite a while, built and tested a few cars, built and tested earthquake safe structures, did the VR, did the second ride twice, and built some other things. I was trying to spend the day here but we had barely been there an hour and a half and we were all ready to go. There were no more picture stations, which I was disappointed with, considering the only other one was when you first walked in and everyone had their winter coats on. Had I known that was the only photo opportunity, I would’ve tried a little harder to get great shots. So then we exit out to the store. Half the shelves were bare and the wall of Lego bricks was pathetic. My kids found some things they wanted to use their gift cards on. Go to pay and told “sorry, our system is down and we can’t make any sales. It’s been down since we opened and we don’t know when it’ll be back up.” Ummmm, ok. Why wouldn’t you be waiting near the door everyone comes out of so you could tell them and their kids not to get too excited about buying something bc you can’t? Again, another instance where the staff could have been trained better in customer service. So we left with nothing🤷🏼‍♀️ we live almost 2 hours away and I had planned on being gone the whole day so we went to the Ohio History Center to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend! When we got home I got online to look at our pictures from the kiosk. The only pictures attaching to my account were 3 shots of an empty ride cart! What the heck?! First of all, you weren’t even told your picture would be taken on the ride. Second, you didn’t scan your card anywhere, so how would they know who was in what picture and what account to send it to??! The kids had fun but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I paid for 2 all access tickets and 2 basic admissions and with taxes and fees it was almost $150. There are SO many places in Columbus I could’ve taken my family to and not spent that kind of money. There is nothing special or exciting about this place. If your child is under 5 I think they’d have a great time. And they barley had anything made of Legos! I’ve been to the Chicago location years ago and it was amazing! Like, every single thing was made out of LEGO there. Save your money and just go buy an extra tub of Legos for your kids bc that’s about all it was there. Also, it says no outside food or drink. They have a little cafe area but I saw multiple families getting packed lunches out of their bags. And everyone had their own water bottles, including me. We weren’t there long enough to need to eat but if you do decide to waste your money here, the food and drink policy isn’t enforced.

We had a great experience at Lego Land Columbus. It was clean and the staff was great Blake was so funny and friendly. We really enjoyed how he and Rob made my son feel special by appreciating his cool builds and letting him add to the wall of masterpieces. Glad we made the trip.

  • Smaller than expected, toddler still had fun in the interactive area. Customer service needs help…

The place was smaller than expected, they said everything was included however it was an extra charge for the virtual ride. Most importantly, we found a few items in the store and the guy behind the counter acted like we were bothering him when we checked out. Had my grand daughter not fallen in love with a couple items I would have left without getting the items.

Totally disappointed. Been here previously 3 times with grandchildren. After paying for most expensive package for four of us, found out this 4th visit that they no longer have the class group toy assembly with take home toy, basically the main reason for coming with our grandchildren. No longer coming here. Already very expensive and nothing to show for our visit. Will take our money somewhere else.

We went to Legoland in Columbus for my grandson's birthday present. We had a blast and spent more than 4 hours there. There are always plenty of things for all ages to experience. My grandson loves Legos and we are always building something. The staff were very nice and seemed to want to help if needed but never were pushy. Although a few needed more training for customer service but all in all was a great experience

Expect a couple hours to complete the activities. The 4D movie was great as was the VR roller coaster race. It’s located in the mall which made it a little challenging to find since we expected to see a building with the name.

6 year old son absolutely loved it and 11 year old daughter had fun too! We weren’t sure what to expect and if the different ages of our kids would make a difference but both enjoyed it. The staff at Legoland were wonderful! And they have so many activities. Our 6 year old loves legos and he had a blast. The rides are for younger kids, but even the adults that went thought they were silly and fun!
