What To Expect
The first station known as Letchworth Garden City was opened in 1903, with a restricted service; it gained a full passenger service on 15 April 1905. On 18 May 1913, this station was replaced by a new station on a different site. Here you will have to look around to find the answer to our challenge to advance to the new location and learn the story of this place.
Broadway Gardens and Walk was developed following receipt of a £1 million grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. The layout and design of the gardens reflects the initial aspirations of Ebenezer Howard who was responsible for principals and designs of the world's first Garden City. Here you will have to look around to find the answer to our challenge to advance to the new location and learn the story of this place.

5.00Really enjoyed it, saw some lovely buildings, got some exercise, used my brain and learned something new about the town where I live so all in all, time well spent! Oh and we saw THREE actual real life black squirrels on the way :)

5.00New Years Day wander with an exceptional twist, the Questo outdoor Escape challenge in the very beautiful garden city Letchworth. So much fun, we searched, learnt the history of the place, and saw black squirrels. An easy app to use and X4 adults all engrossed in the game. Highly recommend to all. In fact I've just signed up to do another with a friend while we're away. Thanks so much, a great start to 2024!

5.00This is a great way to find out about the town/city that you're visiting. Walking tour with clues to answer and then some interesting facts. And helpful hints if you get suck. Will definitely be doing this experience again when in a new town.
