5.00We had an excellent time with John F! He was incredibly knowledgeable- we saw all of the highlights and John knew the history of each area, structure, and overall history & culture of Lisbon. He took us to a locals’ restaurant where we were the only tourists & had an excellent meal. Highly recommend spending the day with John F!

Gabriela was professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. The flexibility of the tour allowed us to explore the city at our own pace while still benefiting from her expert guidance. We were able to visit focal points in town and not killed our feet lol. Thanks to Gabriela, our time in Lisbon was not only enjoyable but truly unforgettable. 5.00John Fernandes did a great job taking us around the city to see the historical sites. His knowledge of the history and stories not in the history books elevated the experience. Had lunch in a very small restaurant with local food, very good. We didn't realize that there are many hills, some very steep that has old San Francisco cars to get up to the next level. Wear comfortable shoes. Many cobblestone streets.

5.00Seeing Lisbon through the eyes of our local guide was exceptional. Gabriela shared her knowledge and passion for Lisbon making certain that we experienced the city in the best way. The personal touches afforded us added to our experience. So nice to tour with just the two of us and our guide in a car vs a huge group in a bus. Highly recommend this place experience!

5.00Our tour to Sintra was incredible! Our guide Carolina picked up our 5 member family at our Airbnb and drove us in a beautiful SUV. The whole way she told us about the things we were seeing and the history of Lisbon, Sintra, etc. Carolina is from Portugal and is very knowledgeable- her English was excellent. She guided us through the cool city of Lisbon, stopping at a traditional cafe for wonderful pasteries, etc. then on to the castles. We ended up for lunch in Caiscais which was a true delight. I highly recommend Picta travel and this tour.

5.00A very nice experience. Filipa was very knowledgeable, friendly and adjusted to our customer expectations. We learnt a lot, we enjoyed a lot. The car was very comfortable. The time spent was just great. The only thing we were not fully satisfied was with the lunch at the restaurant suggested by the company. I think the company can give more options to the tourist, and more information like "you can not pay with credit card". All the rest was excellent. Thank you Filipa!

5.00My driver/guide Gabi coped well with very challenging conditions. The weather was wet, with wind-blown drizzle. There were three huge cruise ships in port, and so an unusually large number of tour buses were blocking roads and disgorging crowds of passengers at all the sights. She was also driving an unfamiliar vehicle. However, she did a good job of showing me things I wanted to see, and telling me information and stories about Lisbon, past and present. She took me to an excellent restaurant for lunch, which I enjoyed very much.
Possibly one of the best tours I have done in my life.

5.00This was my second time visiting Lisbon and this time I book this tour to see the places I missed. I got a lot more than that! Joao was an excellent guide, friendly and really well informed. We were a group of 4 and he synchronised really well to our own pace and kept us in good spirit the whole time. He also gave us really good recomendation for food and bars in the city. Well done for making that route, walking like a local the streets of lisbon and witnessing the epic views to the castle, the hills and the sea will stay with me forever.

5.00Great tour! We booked this tour with friends to really discover Lisbon over half a day and we were not disappointed. The guide was very friendly, full of interesting little anecdotes and he adapted to our needs and desires. We passed by lots of great little places that we probably wouldn't have discovered by walking around on our own. I recommend !
