Florence Falls

Florence Falls, a spectacular spring-fed, year-round double waterfall set amid the monsoon forest which cascades into a swimming hole. The lookout from the top provides a panoramic view. There is a 160 step staircase down to the swimming area. There is also a viewing platform at the top of the falls if you do not wish to swim. An alternative to the stairs is the Shady Creek Walk (1km), which meanders around the back of the waterfall with shady little creek crossings. Do it as a loop – down the stairs and then up the Shady Walk.
