I have been a loyal customer of Easley Steakhouse since 2005. For 15 years, this was my sanctuary for a perfect medium-rare ribeye and warm hospitality. I remember the days of the elderly chef walking the floor with a smile, ensuring every guest felt like family. Yesterday, that legacy was completely destroyed by the current management’s shocking lack of integrity. I moved away from canton in the past and yesterday I was visiting my friends and I placed a takeout order for a ribeye and several (2) filets. Upon arriving home, it was immediately clear to myself and my guests that I had been given a NY Strip instead of the ribeye I paid for. When I called to politely rectify the mistake, I was met with total dismissal. When I returned to the restaurant to show them the meat, I wasn't met with an apology; I was met with a manager/owner who was belligerent, arrogant, and downright mean. They actually laughed at me, mocking my knowledge of steak cuts, and told me "don't come here" when I stood my ground. Based on my experience as someone who enjoys quality steak—that the cut provided did not meet the standards or characteristics of a ribeye. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with an incredibly angry and defensive response. Regardless of any technical debate over the cut of meat, the behavior of the person running the service was unprofessional and rude. A customer should never be made to feel like an adversary for providing feedback. The fundamental goal of the food service industry is to ensure the guest is satisfied, yet I was treated with total disregard. It is pathetic that a business would choose to gaslight a long-term customer over a single steak. To the current management: You are not just serving food; you are representing a local landmark. Your greed and "insane attitude" are a disgrace to the original spirit of this steakhouse. I will never return, and I will make sure my friends and neighbors know that the kindness that once defined this place is dead. I have attached a photo of the steak for your review. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure that no other customer is subjected to this kind of treatment in the future. Regards, Selva

Our tour guide Dany, was fantastic! He made the tour engaging and informative. The food and drinks were fantastic as well! I would say the empanadas and the mojitos were the highlight. Dany gave great insight to the history and background to the area. This was a great intro and insight to the area and made us want to go back on our own!

Bianca was AMAZING—easily one of the best walking tour guide! From the start of our Little Havana Cuban walking tour, she brought so much energy and made the whole experience feel fun, personal, and super engaging. She gave us great history and stories about the neighborhood, and kept us laughing the entire time. The food stops were so good—everything felt authentic and thoughtfully picked. We left full and honestly wanting to go back to every single spot. On top of that, Bianca went out of her way to recommend local restaurants and bars in the area that were affordable *and* extremely delicious—from classic mojitos to traditional Cuban dishes. Those recs alone were worth it! What I loved most is that it didn’t feel like a typical tour—it felt like walking around with someone who really knows & loves the area. She is also very proud of her culture and that was felt throughout and wants you to love it too. If you’re in Miami, you have to do this tour. And if you get Bianca, just know you’re in for a really good time. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
