What To Expect
Craters Silvestri of Mount Etna
Day 1 – Etna Experience & Wine Tasting Tour duration: approximately 6-7 hours (full day) -Morning: Departure from Taormina, ascent of Mount Etna with panoramic stops and a visit to the craters. Stop at Zafferana Etnea and Oro d'Etna (Honey House). -Lunch: Light lunch included with wine tasting at the winery. -Afternoon: Return to Taormina
Noto
Day 2 – Baroque Tour (Noto, Syracuse & Ortygia) Tour duration: approximately 8-9 hours (full-day) -Morning: Visit Noto, the capital of Sicilian Baroque. -Lunch: Free time at leisure -Afternoon: Stroll through Syracuse and Ortygia, including the Duomo, the Neapolis, and the seafront. Return to Taormina.

5.00My husband, friends, and I had a fabulous trip to Sicily with Sergio as our private guide? He is the kindest, most polite, and sweetest person, with knowledge of the island that made every moment feel effortless. From the moment he picked us up from the airport in Catania, he drove us through an unforgettable journey through Sicily’s stunning landscapes and hidden gems. We visited Catania, Taormina (a stunning place), and had an exhilarating climb up Mount Etna. I have to go back and do this again. Sergio then drove us to the ancient wonders of Syracuse and the old architect of Ortigia, followed by Noto, a town so captivating we never wanted to leave. He took us to several vineyards throughout Sicily for tastings and wonderful cheeses, and even to a hands-on pasta-making dinner high on the mountaintop of Castelmola, with panoramic views that stole our breath. Sergio then took us to the little town of Cefalu where we continued to shop, eat fabulous foods and drink wine. This trip held deep personal meaning, Sergio patiently guided me to my grandfather’s hometown of Santo Stefano Quisquina, even accompanying me to the municipal office to unearth more stories of my ancestors. We also ventured to my husband’s ancestral village of Castelbuono, a jaw-dropping gem of rugged beauty and timeless charm. We ended our trip exploring Palermo’s bustling streets and beautiful churches. Sicily is an absolute paradise. Sergio is hands down the number one guide—warm, insightful, and he felt like family. If you’re dreaming of Sicily, book him; you won’t regret it!

5.00Our tour with Sergio was one of the best times we have ever had. Sergio and his colleague Salvatore made us feel so comfortable at all times. Their passion for Sicily is so amazing and their knowledge of each city we visited gave us a great experience. They recommended the most incredible restaurants and made sure even our pictures came out beautifully. They went above and beyond to make us happy and we were so pleased. They are so easy to get along with and we can truly say we have two new friends forever in Sicily.

5.00I can't remember a tour as good as this one. The sights are stunning, and our guides, Sergio and Salvador, provide excellent local knowledge. Live long residents who know Sicily inside out, including the most authentic restaurants. Our private vans were impeccably maintained and comfortable. Looking forward to our next trip.
