This was an incredible experience and well worth the long drive from Bangkok. A once in a lifetime experience. We were able to feed the elephants after learning about their individual histories and rescue. The organization is doing important and wonderful work.

Incredible!!! It was a beautiful day. The main host was very knowledgeable, and this was a once in a lifetime experience. I’m not knowledgeable on the ethical treatment of elephants but to me it seemed that all were very respectful of each elephant in their care.

Simple but amazing. We’ve done a few elephant tours over the years marketing as eco tourism but they weren’t. These guys are the real deal. Crazy man is delightful and was amazing in calming down a few cranky US tourists who wanted a tour guide from pick up. The elephants are just wonderful and it was quite serene and I like the smaller groups. Food was simple but good. Worth the 2-3 hour trip from Bangkok. I felt good when I walked away and not sick about their treatment. Highly recommend this and glad we finally found a proper sanctuary. Baby Charlie was a highlight. Loved hearing their stories and seeing à lack of fences.
Pickup needs to be improved.

I applied for an 11 o'clock pick-up at the taxi stand in front of the Ekkamai bus terminal, but when it was time, I didn't show up, so I asked around in English about parked cars, but I couldn't find them. After consulting with someone like a police officer and inquiring with the tour company, a police officer spotted the car shortly after 11:30 and was able to get in. Apparently, there was no pick-up service. Despite the fact that it was my first time in the country and my English was weak, my family's anxiety was heavy, but I managed to ride it. Also, we have a long conversation there, and we only have a limited time to interact with the statue. I had a chance to touch my nose and body when feeding, and I had time to take pictures, but I thought I was less satisfied. I'm sorry for the harsh assessment.
Take this trip, you won't regret it!

The guide Lulu was funny and knowledgeable. It was a highlight of our trip and a great break from the busy city of Bangkok. I highly recommend taking this adventure and spending time among these special creatures.

Great excursion, cool to see the elephants, staff was great. Only issue is it is much longer than the booking says, our day was closer to 8 hours while Viator booking estimates at 5-6 hours, so plan accordingly.

What a wonderful experience! Lulu; the guide was very knowledgeable and informative. We fed the elephants, walked with the elephants and swam with the elephants. A very enjoyable day. The lunch was superb .lots of one on one time with elephants.

Was excellent from start to finish. Crazy man, sexy man and handsome man did an excellent job telling us about the elephants and the difference with African elephants as well as information about each of the 8 elephants at the sanctuary currently (25 at their other location, this one only opened one year ago). Would highly recommend. Elephants were so much fun to feed and walk with and watch in the water (others went in but we decided not too). Definitely recommend for anyone and everyone! We would do again in a heartbeat!

This was an amazing experience. I did not think we would be able to touch and feed the elephants. I learned so much the workers at the sanctuary really knew their stuff and had all the answers for all of our questions.
