What To Expect
Local Beer & Food Tour is a pleasant, beer – infused walk around the city with a local foodie. Bratislava takes the the art of beer-making very seriously and you’ll understand why. Joining this tour gives you an amazing opportunity to visit hidden microbreweries, try local beers and dishes and hear the interesting stories behind them. You will find out about our most popular beer brands, try the most delicious ones and laugh at the fact that people of Slovakia used to drink beer instead of water on everyday basis. Please be prepared for more than a full meal and eat only a small lunch before the tour as we will visit 5 or more estabilishments. Definitely do not make any dinner plans after the tour. Part of our Local Beer & Food Tour requires some walking, so please put on a pair of comfortable shoes.

5.00Myself and my husband visited this tour. We love our food, wine and beer so we were hopeful this tour would be for us. We werent disappointed. Was a great thing to do in bratislava. Great introduction to the city and its main sites, whilst enjoying the local dishes, beers and wines. We visited some hidden gem pubs and bars which we otherwise would have missed. Our guide TEREZA was really kind, knowledgable and good fun. We started the tour with a shot of meed and some slovak bread.. Tour was slow paced with 5 stops in total plus a stop at a local supermarket. Would recommend as something to do whilst visiting bratislava!! Xx

5.00This was a fantastic tour! Jakub was a great tour guide, he did a great job explaining the culture and fielding our questions. The tour allowed us try a great variety of Slovakian dishes, wines, and beers. The sheep's cheese pancakes were my favorite, especially paired with local wine. The pacing was excellent, and the amount of food was just right. This tour was a great value and highly recommend it.

5.00We had a wonderful time with Lila. We were just a group of 2 but it was still so fun. We'll paced. All our restaurants we're well chosen. Lila was very knowledgeable and it felt like we were on tour with an old friend. Thank you for making our trip so special. Also, there was an abundance of food and drink so you can really skip lunch that day!

5.00Tereza did our food tour and it was AMAZING! We tried several local dishes including the sauerkraut soup I’ve heard so much about and wanted to try. We ate a several local restaurants and breweries, and visited a local supermarket where she explained more about the local foods. Overall it was a great evening with friends and I would certainly recommend if your coming to Bratislava

Tereza was our guide during our tour and was absolutely wonderful; she made us feel very comfortable and welcome to the city of Bratislava. She was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations for cuisine and beer. We truly had a fabulous time and would recommend a tour with Tereza; her warm hospitality made us feel like we were restaurant and bar hopping with a friend!
