There is not enough space to offer all the great things I can say about Rabbie's Tours and the experience they offer on this day trip. There were 17 people on an incredibly clean and new tour bus. The initial meeting at the station was easy and convenient. They were well staffed and were willing and able to answer any pre-departure questions. Our driver and guide, Kylie, could not have been more amazing. She was the driver, historian, concierge and caretaker on our journey through Scotland. She understood all human needs and amply explained everything we needed to know before each stop and the information we needed to make the most out of each break. This was a 12-hour day tour with an hour cruise on Loch Ness!! It is a long day, and it couldn't have been more fun and exciting. I will say again, Kylie is an amazing person and could not have been more brilliant in her delivery of a wonderful trip into the Scottish countryside. Opportunities for shopping, site seeing, buying local fresh food and drinks, bathroom breaks and of course the natural beauty of Scotland. It would have been a deal at half again more the price and I would recommend this trip for anyone whether travelling solo or with a small group. Kylie, again, you are brilliant!

This is an Uber ride to Loch Ness for an hour and then leave. We didn't experience any of the other things listed. If you think this is a "tour of Scotland," you will be very disappointed. If your goal is to take a picture of the Loch Ness sign, you may be okay. This is a 12-hour day to spend 60 minutes in Loch Ness; if you take the optional cruise, you will have to run to the bus. No time to look around and experience. 90% of this is driving, and half of it is in the dark. You will stop numerous times, but at designated stores that are partnered with the tour company. No real sightseeing. The Highland cows you see are in a small fence outside a store. If you want to see them in their natural habitat, be prepared to snap a picture going 50MPH. If you really want to experience Scotland, I would suggest a multiple-day tour. This is not it.

The trek to Loch Ness from Edinburgh is arduous, but Barbara made it so much more enjoyable! She is energetic, incredibly knowledgeable and kept us on schedule. If you want to visit Loch Ness and don't get Barbara as your guide, you're truly missing out.

Andrew is top tier of a tour guide. From keeping us on schedule, making up for the schedule changing due to the rain, and playing BANGERS throughout the long hour drives. His knowledge on the place was impeccable and was able to answer all of our questions. I learned so much on the tour about the history and the culture. Thank you again Andrew!!!

We had a wonderful experience! Sean was our tour guide and it was obvious he has a love for his country and was extremely knowledgable about each place we saw along the way. The views were amazing, we met some really cute Highland cows, including a baby! and we have so many amazing memories. Sean was kind, funny, and considerate. Also, we had plenty of time to grab snacks at each stop and to have lunch at Loch Ness, and we did the boat tour. So I would not fret about food or needing bathroom stops, they were very considerate the whole trip!

On the day of the trip we arrived 1 minute late and were not allowed to board. One solution they offered was to reschedule for the following day, but we would miss the cruise. Today we went on the trip with the children without the cruise and arrived an hour early and left two minutes late. I regret that we were penalized by missing the cruise for only 1 minute of delay. Otherwise, the trip is very interesting and the guide was great.
