1.00Endless queues for everything: information, assistance. Then finally choose the product and ask for delivery and assembly of the furniture: crazy costs! Ask if you can add some more furniture. You are told that there is no problem. Instead, queue up to pay for the small items you take with you and then queue up for the after-sales counter. When my turn comes, I am informed that I must cancel the previous order, already paid, and redo a new one to pay the difference for the new piece of furniture! A 45-minute wait to do the PC this "very difficult" operation, get the authorization and pay another 76.00 euros. I ask to speak to a Manager, a manager, a department head: ignored! I advise against everyone having this terrible experience. It looks like a public office more than a sales store!
