What To Expect

This trip begins as any other family-based tour… a 240m zip line straight down in a ravine, over a raging glacier river, beside the canyon walls. Once you survive that, why not connect into the 2nd zip line and race between the forest treetops for another 100m? Once you have taken the zip line equipment off, we put on a life jacket for the rafting tour. Starting in the most fantastic, quiet, area of Jostedal! The contrast from the raging ravine above is marked. We raft through to the end of the ravine and the scenery opens out to show the Bergsetbreen glacier in the distance, descending from the Jostedalsbreen Plateau. We follow the river into the usual Little Piggies section. Finishing with excited, happy children, crying for more – what could be better? There is a four-person minimum for this tour. If you are less than 4 people, we can include you on tours with others, of course.
