1.00I understand it’s Christmas and all but we booked this tour and paid in full.. A couple days before the tour they emailed me asking for over $200 more via PayPal as a surcharge for it being the holiday. We got to see a few sights and then when he dropped us off at the hotel he requested us to refund him the parking fee for picking us up at the airport. It’s literally a half day layover tour of London. Not worth the money or hassle

5.00Our drover (Abby) was amazing - VERY professional, knowledgeable, safe, comforting, and keenly aware of our time, needs, and interests. He made sure we saw all the things we wanted to see, explained each and every point of interest, had a strong sense of understanding of the local history, and promptly got us to and from our arrival back to our departure point. He was very knowledgeable of the "best" photo op locations, and was an absolute pleasure to tour with.

5.00Tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, had a good sense of humor. Only downside was he was 45 minutes late and we did not know what was going on. A heads up he was running late would have been great cause when in another country it’s great to be informed of status to ease anxiety. Other than that we had a great time
