5.00Dinner, staff and entertainment was amazing..Staff went above and beyond to be attentive, kind and fun…EXCEPT (a man, security) who was welcoming people on board..he was extremely rude and not helpful, since we were not sure where to go nor if we were at the right boat..8/16/24 @ 6:30 pm cruise

Not a premier dinner cruise

1.00It was terrible. It is billed as a a “premier” cruise. It is anything but. We expected something like the Odyssey Cruises out of Chicago but it was anything but that. The carpet was old and stained. The windows were dirty and the floor was so slanted you could hardly walk and the bathrooms were disgusting. The music was too loud and most of the guests were drunken and obnoxious people in there twenties. This was not a premium cruise. The only positive was our waiter Arturo was a nice guy and tried hard to provide good service. We liked him. Aside from that this dinner cruise really stunk.

5.00I must confess i did enjoyed my time on board, the staff was great and very polite, crew members very organized and friendly, can't wait to be back, hornblower should always advice customer to dress to withstand the breeze
