Absolutely fantastic small group tour you could ask for. Jessie was waiting for us at the pier. Total of 6 of us in a van plus him. He took us to the lighthouse and then to the fortress. He stayed with us the entire day. He was very knowledgeable and a very kind gentleman. The fortress experience exceeded our expectations. It’s truly magnificent and we were lucky for a gorgeous weather day. The day was truly magical and I don’t hesitate to recommend this tour.

This company either hires or combines similar products into one service. Our particular van had three groups (2,2,3), one of which didn’t book with the same company name that the other two did. All that is good. The problem is that the same guide is servicing multiple trips on multiple ships. We were his 2nd group of the day. His first group, it seems, was delayed getting off their ship, which meant our guide was late starting his route and our group was 30 minutes late getting started (we were all at the port looking for our guide about 30 minutes prior to pick-up). Once picked up, our guide was friendly and provided some information along the way. So, the tour was fine and worth a few hours visit. It’s a shame that the schedule got messed up and communication was non-existent.

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. Jassie was very knowledgeable about the entire area, and was very accommodating ( even stopping at a pharmacy for us to get some supplies. He brought us by the lighthouse and cliffs and through the Mik a maw area as well as a very thorough tour of the fortress. The fortress was staffed with costumed role playing enactors that further presented facts about the Fortress and its history. Thanks, Jassie for a very enjoyable experience!

Our guide, Manny was knowledgeable and very friendly . We enjoyed our time at the fort and the reenactment people were great. The musket fire demonstration with explanation of a French soldier's life was excellent. This was an great tour that we would recommend to anyone.

KV was excellent. Very nice drive down with an on the way stop at a beautiful overlook. Couldn't have been better. At this time of year about 1/2 of the town is closed, but what is open was worth the time.

Fortress & Lighthouse were very neat to see, however we were lost at Fortress. It was supposed to be a GUIDED tour. Our driver, Sunny barely showed us anything, and did NOT meet expectations to show us what was promised via the tour description. Worst tour I have ever booked. Other than the first 10 minutes after we left the port, he did not speak unless spoken to, and then returned us to the port 45 minutes early- he said he’d be back to get us at 12:30 from the Fortress after leaving us & we didn’t even get to go through the main building! Then, I thought he was taking us to see the rest of what was listed on our itinerary but he simply dropped us back off at the port. I could have hired a cab driver & saved myself a lot of money!!! Utterly disappointed!!!!
