5.00It was very unfortunate that at the beginning of the tour I fell sick. I excused myself and went to WC. I got so weak my husband had to come to my assistance. Our dear Aunt, 83 years old, had to leave the tour and come with us to the First Aid. Within 5 mins of the tour we had to cancel the tour guide. She was extremely kind.

4.00Impressive! Despite the world (visit on August 15) everything is very well organized and indicated. We chose to visit the sanctuary with a guide which allowed us to better understand the place.

3.00Good but very expensive for what is offered. Indeed, by taking a book on history, we would have had the same information. I thought we'd be given an explanation about the basilica and everything. But apart from the very interesting story of Bernadette soubirou, some figures on the city.... The guide was nevertheless very friendly. But having put down a 200 euro bill for 5, I expected something much more complete. It's a bit of stealing.
We didn’t make it in time due to difficulty finding the parking.
