No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access. Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this cases your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies. Some collections may vary along the year.

5.00Florent was AMAZING! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and efficient. We wish we could have him as our guide anywhere we go! He showed us many of the most popular and famous pieces at the Louvre, but also many other lesser known pieces as well as their backstories and historical significance. Would highly recommend the tour and Florent as your guide. He even recommended lunch spots for afterward. Truly an amazing experience.

5.00We had a great experience on the Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour. With only six guests, the semi-private format was ideal and made the tour feel much more personal and easy to follow. Our guide, Florent, was extremely knowledgeable and very informative, and we learned so much while seeing the museum's highlights. It was especially nice to have a guide leading us through the artwork so we could use our time effectively and not feel overwhelmed by the size of the Louvre. Florent helped bring the pieces to life with his explanations and made the visit much more meaningful. The 2.5-hour tour was the perfect length—long enough to see the major highlights without feeling rushed or exhausted. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a great introduction to the Louvre.
