Greg was the best Tourguide ever! He taught us a lot and he is also very funny. Great tour for adults or kids or both. Even rain could not kill our righteous vibe. Freaks Unite!

We walked the tour on 3March 2026 and were fortunate to be the only ones. Greg has a very easy manner and is a great communicator. Very knowledgeable about the Ashbury Haights area, notably its history and its place in the late Sixties' Flower Power era. As a teen in that era I found it fascinationg to learn so much more about my heroes Janis, the Doors and Jimi and so many more. If that era interests you, then this tour is a must. AND Greg insisted we try the driverless Waymo taxi - it was amazing! Thanks, Greg, for a great tour, sorry it's taken a while to post his promised review. Best Wishes from Robin Hood country! Greg was a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide. We were going to walk this on our own and are VERY glad we took this tour instead. So much to know about the area and many, many laughs. He sent us pictures and info at the end so we wouldn’t have to take time with pictures.

Super fun walk around the Haight. Greg was a very engaging tour guide. Loved the addition of audio and video on the tour, via a portable speaker and iPad!

Greg was an incredible tour guide. My family loved it! He was incredibly knowledgeable and a personal delight. My son loves music and Greg knew all the cool spots in Haight-Ashbury . Highly recommend!

Only a moderate amount of walking. Some uphill, so wear appropriate shoes. You might also want to pick the best "off tourist" time to do the tour as Haight-Ashbury can get crowded.

Enjoyable tour, many historical tidbits, and the guide was lively, and kept the interest going for everybody attending. Highly recommended. Especially if you know little about this special neighborhood.

Greg was an excellent tour guide. We appreciate his in-depth knowledge of Haight-Asbury and especially the musical history of the neighborhood in that tumultuous period of the sixties. Great insights, a great conversational style and the walking tour gave us lots to look at. Highly recommended!
