Romy and his family truly made our experience wonderful in the DRC. From working with our strict German friend on budget and vegan meals, to express entry at the border and a last minute tour of Goma. This is a truly beautiful and special experience that is not to be missed. Thank you to Romy and his family ❤️

DRC is such a beautiful country. There’s so much to do and see and Ubuntu voyages facilitated that for us. They were also flexible and that made the trip restful for us. There was no rushing with long schedules. And we had some good home cooked meals

Going to see the critically endangered Grauer's gorilla in the DRC was an amazing adventure. The country surpassed our expectations, from the great accommodation and food to the gorilla family encounter. The staff at Ubuntu Voyages were really friendly and helpful, and the Rangers in Kahuzi - Beiga National Park were well trained and professional. My husband and I would highly recommend Ubuntu Voyages if you are looking for an unforgettable experience!

We had very nice time with Ubuntu Voyages. We did lowland gorilla treking in Kahuzi - Biega, which was unforgettable experience. From Ubuntu Voyages we get all informations by e-mail before we came to the country and we got assistance with DRC boarder crossing and also with transport to Goma after the tour. Owner/ Tour operator Romuald was very careful and ready to help with everything. So if you are looking for any tour in DRC, Rwanda or Uganda, highly recomment this tour operator.

We had an amazing experience with Ubuntu Voyages on our gorilla trekking trip to DRC. Everything was professionally planned and well-thought-out, and we felt safe and supported throughout the entire trip. While DRC may seem like a dangerous country at first glance, we had no problems at all. The transfer from Kigali to Bukavu was quick and easy by car, and we saw a lot of interesting things along the way. We returned by plane. The gorillas were incredible! We were so lucky to see them up close in their natural habitat. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

Summarizing this remarkable journey in a review is no simple task. The founder of Ubuntu is undeniably an impressive individual. He maintains a remarkable sense of calm and composure while displaying exceptional resourcefulness and intelligence. It's worth noting that he not only manages a tour company but also maintains strong philanthropic ties to his community - quite impressive. Experiencing his country through his perspective was a defining aspect of the trip. However, what truly made the experience memorable was the kindness of the people we encountered and the unspoiled natural beauty that surrounded us. From the initial trip planning to the day-to-day execution on the ground, the entire journey was flawlessly organized. I am a strong advocate for Ubuntu Voyages and would be happy to provide more details about my experience. I look forward to future trips back to the DRC, but first to other destinations with Ubuntu Voyages.

Thanks to Romy who was patient and worked with the budget I gave him. Romy sorted out all the border crossing arrangements during my solo trip to DRC. I felt very safe the whole time. He loves his country and his proud to share it with the world. Keep up the good work.
