Enjoy a 4-hour small-group guided walking tour strolling along Lake Lucerne's most panoramic vistas. You'll observe old wooden chalets, grand villas and historic castles while learning about their famous residents. Habsburg rulers, Russian bankers, an eccentric heiress, German princes, French textile magnates and American oil billionaires have called Lake Lucerne home.

Your tour departs and returns to the Lucerne railway station, which is included in the ticket price. There will be a stop for food and refreshments at the customers' own expense.

Beautiful countryside and lakeside walking experience. Nice walking trails, but reasonable hilly. Would recommend.

First visit to Lucern and we scheduled a private walking tour of Old Town as well as 2 local chocolate tastings. Lou was our guide and she was amazing! She was very knowledge and was able to provide extra commentary on other places for us to visit while on our own in the city. Lou - thank you for a wonderful afternoon filled with a history of Lucern and delicious local chocolates!

Our tour guide was great! We paid for a 4 hour tour and only received 2 hours and 15 minutes. In view of this, we are reimbursement for the short fall.

Tour was amazing! Madeline was so knowledgeable. She took us on a great route. It was really good with the kids, especially right after the flight from the states!

Madeleine was wonderful! Accommodated our every request. It was informative and fun.🤩 the villa walk was an easy trek but brought us into beautiful gardens and scenic sites of the lake.

We did a private walking tour around the lake and were able to see how much beauty there is without a lot of people around. Would recommend it highly! Ezra was an amazing guide and went above and beyond for us and answered all of our questions.

Our guide, Eve, was EXCELLENT!!! She lives in the area so she was very knowledgeable. She was very personable and friendly. We had great views of the alps as well as picturesque villas. She shared many stories about the homes and residents.
