This was an absolutely amazing experience. Banujan (the owner of Trawellplan) picked us on time and accommodated our request to bring a folding wheelchair. That was just the start of a great day. When we arrived at the Lindt Chocolate Factory 30 minutes before our scheduled tour time of their Museum, Banujan took us to some of the best locations for our photo shoot. He managed to get photos of us without anyone photo bombing us. At our scheduled tour time he got our self guided audio devices and found us an elevator so that we wouldn’t have to climb the stairs to the starting point of the museum. He waited for almost two hours while we toured the museum, which is an absolutely wonderful explanation of how chocolate is made. It starts with the trees and their location and then follows their harvesting and the entire process until you have the final product to be made into bars or many different shapes and sizes. Following all the information we got to taste the final product and it was outstanding. I have never seen so many people with plastic spoons tasting the liquid chocolate from three fountains each containing a different chocolate. Then it was on to learning about packaging and tasting pieces of chocolate. The final finishing touch was being allowed to take one piece off each flavor of Lindt Lindor wrapped chocolate. Following that it was time to go to the chocolate shop and buy some more chocolate. After all that Banujan took us to a spot along the lake shore and took some more photos of us and the scenery around us. Then it was time to go back to our hotel after a great tour!
