Make sure to grab the ear plugs before sitting down!!

1.00They moved up our boat tour 30 minutes. We were not told to grab the ear phones before sitting down. We sat upstairs the ear plugs were down stairs, we did not see them so basically we paid for a boat ride with no explanation of what we were seeing, that was very expensive, we paid over $300 USD for two people for 1 hour boat ride. It would have been nice if an employee walked around to make sure everyone had grabbed the earplugs. So disappointed, we did not do the walking part.

1.00We did not have a good experience we got on the boat and we’re not giving any of the audio receivers found out at the end that we needed to get them. They never offered them to us as far as the walking tour never got instructions for that afterwards and the guy at the both didn’t know anything about it
