1.00The first Viator Tour that was almost worthless that we have taken. Our young guide was very nice and provided a few bits of information but minimal on communication. The cheese and wine tasting provided no info on them as the guide and server did not know what they were! The boat tour consisted of over 100 people crowding and pushing into a very small entry way to get onto the boat and due to the unsafe situation we had to get away from the crush of people we had to leave and not do the boat tour. A very poor experience overall!

5.00Luis was a wonderful tour guide! His knowledge of Lucerne was vast. We learned a lot about Lucerne and enjoyed this tour immensely! The boat ride on Lake Lucerne was beautiful. Having the headset to listen to was an added bonus.

4.00Be prepared for lots of up and downhill walking. A good tour but hard to hear at times. Sites are lovely. Get to the boat early as long lineups.
