5.00Private Family Northern Lights Tour with Lappitude We joined a private family Northern Lights tour with Vesa and Junnu on Monday, February 9, and it was truly unforgettable. Although the weather forecast wasn’t promising and the aurora activity was low, the Lappitude team went above and beyond to find the perfect spot. Their dedication turned what could have been an uncertain evening into a magical experience. While Vesa and Junnu searched for the right location, our children stayed warm and comfortable inside the van. When the time was right, we stepped out to enjoy a cozy campfire enjoying delicious snacks and coffee prepared over the fire made the evening even more special, but the highlight was Vesa’s storytelling, sharing local culture, traditions, and inspiring tales that gave the night a deeper meaning. It was wonderful to show our pre-teen son how young friends can build something together, preserving their bonds while sharing their heritage with visitors. Beyond the aurora itself, Junnu offered invaluable support, recommending local tours, helping us rent winter clothing, and patiently answering all our questions about traveling in such cold conditions for the first time. We left with beautiful memories and photos we saw the auroras thankful to their patience and determination. We fully recommend Lappitude for families, couples, or groups.
