The trip is really exciting, we swam with the dugong the turtles and also saw several dolphins... really nice crew, welcoming and prepared. The only flaw, if we have to be honest, if you tell me that there will be the guide who speaks Italian... there should be. But the boys did and gave their best. Don't miss it!!!

Great experience with a very welcoming, prepared and lively crew. Everything was easy and comfortable, we saw a dugong and at least nine turtles with the first snorkel, and a beautiful coral reef and many fish with the second. Lunch is also good.

Maximum 1 star. The driver had received incorrect information from us and thus we would be found after 15 minutes. As a result, the driver was not in such a good mood. He raced to the port without observing any regulations. Very risky overtaking. Once at the port he didn't know where to go and his mood didn't get any better. had arrived at the boat and others were also very irritated by the boat. The description said something about a luxury boat. Boat was there, but the luxury was far away. There was hardly any space left on the boat and more people were still coming. We then stood in port for over 1 hour and nothing happened. I immediately contacted the provider and he told me that the boat is for a maximum of 28 people plus 5 crew members. This is also allegedly checked daily by the tourism police. This does not seem to be the case here either. There were 39 guests on board and about 10 crew members or guides. Also the booked German speaking guide was not there for us. On request, it was said that he was ill. The boat then left completely crowded. We even had to sit on a high bench that was totally uncomfortable and constricted our legs. There was not a single seat left and people were sitting close together. It was just too crowded for me on this boat and I didn't feel safe in any way. There was no reaction from the organizer to my last WhatsApp. Also the crew was not very friendly and very disinterested. You didn't even realize a dolphin had swam by. Also during the snorkeling and diving trips I could observe from the ship that the dinghies raced over the divers and also completely you on the people who snorkeled. It looked very threatening and the other people who were in the water confirmed this. It was pure mass handling! There were up to 7 other boats at the stops. The trip is definitely not worth his money. Also that some people on this boat did not have to pay national park fees, some 5 euros, others 10 euros and we 12 euros. The food was ok. If you look at the pictures of the organizer on Facebook and also the boat and what the reality is, you can only talk about rip-offs. Also according to the description it should be wheelchair accessible, this is of course not the case. Actually, you would have to get your money back or a big part. I sent the organizer the application for hours in advance, unfortunately no reaction there either.

It was quite a disappointment, the visibility underwater was disastrous compared to other areas, and far too many snorkelers crowded over the only turtle we saw. Conclusion: Is the money rather not worth it

We had a wonderful day. Were picked up as a group on time by a very nice driver. The boat is in very good shape. We were greeted super nicely on the boat and we were told everything exactly how the tour goes. The first snorkel stop was a beautiful reef with a variety of fish sheltered in a bay. We had an ei en super guide who quietly guided us through the reef. Whenever there was something special, he would draw our attention to it. The second stop was Turtel Bay. Since this is a nature reserve, there were life jackets for all. You should only watch the animals and not touch them. Nevertheless, there are always people who do this, I absolutely cannot understand it. That's why I thought it was really great that the guides paid a lot of attention. We were lucky and could look at 5 beautiful turtles. Unfortunately, the manatee did not come that day, in the evening it is just nature. After that we had really great food. On board it is all kept simple, but for that it was very delicious. Soft drinks were available all day. So we had a wonderful day from start to finish with a very nice crew on board. Thank you for the nice day

The trip was wonderful, with friendly service, convenient transportation, and a comfortable cruise. Fortunately, we managed to see dolphins near the yacht. While snorkeling, we saw a sea turtle and a manatee, as well as other beautiful fish and coral reefs. I was also surprised that the food on the yacht was better than in many hotels.
