  I booked this service because the listing advertised a luxury round trip vehicle experience. Before arrival, I was informed that the Cadillac was unavailable and that a Suburban would be provided instead, which was fine with me because a Suburban can absolutely still be considered a luxury vehicle depending on the condition. Unfortunately, what arrived was far from luxury. The vehicle was very old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was trash and clutter throughout the car, the ceiling was dirty, and the third-row vents where my children sat were literally missing, leaving open holes in the ceiling. It was clear the vehicle had not been properly cleaned or maintained. My daughter even dropped a snack wrapper on the floor during our first ride, and when we got back in the vehicle the following day, the wrapper was still there, which confirmed the car had not even been cleaned out between trips. When I contacted the operator to express my concerns and asked whether any discount would be offered since this was not the luxury experience I paid for, I was simply told that I had been informed it would be a Suburban. My issue was never that it was a Suburban. My issue was that it was not a luxury-quality Suburban, nor was it clean or properly kept. If the originally advertised luxury vehicle could not be provided, I believe that should have been communicated more honestly before booking or reflected in the pricing. To their credit, they did offer us a complimentary one-way ride elsewhere on the island, which I appreciated and did take advantage of. Initially, our driver was also pleasant. However, during the complimentary ride, his attitude changed noticeably and he became rude. He watched me struggle trying to lift the seat so my children could get into the back before finally stepping in, and then tried to show me how to operate it myself instead of simply assisting us as the driver. Considering we had already tipped $40 on a $180 ride because we were told he would be our driver throughout the trip, the lack of professionalism afterward was disappointing. I was also told the missing vents would be repaired before our return ride, but only one was fixed. The other remained an open hole in the ceiling, and I do have photos documenting this. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience. This trip was for my daughter’s 10th birthday, and I specifically booked a luxury transportation experience to make everything feel special for her. Unfortunately, this service did not meet the expectations advertised in the listing.

  Booking was easy and they responded to all of my questions. My plane was very early to arrive and there was no line at immigration, so they offered to find an earlier ride for me (instead of having me wait 45 minutes for my previously scheduled ride). The return pick up was flawless. Both drivers (Conrad and Barry) were fantastic, cars were clean and safe, and Shay did an amazing job scheduling and staying in contact.

  If I were you, I wouldn’t trust it. I booked and prepaid for what was clearly advertised as a luxury Cadillac vehicle. At no point in my reservation confirmation or booking details did it mention a Suburban. I only found out that a Suburban was being sent about four minutes before arrival. A Suburban is not what I consider a luxury vehicle, and it certainly was not what was advertised at the time of booking. If the company substitutes vehicles, that should be clearly disclosed upfront — not at the last minute when customers have no real options. While the driver was professional, the vehicle itself did not match the luxury experience that was promised and paid for. This felt misleading and disappointing, especially given the expectations set by the website. I would strongly recommend that the company update its advertising to accurately reflect the vehicles customers can expect, or provide proper notice and approval before making substitutions.

  Great experience. I did not have to worry about looking for a ride when we arrived. I booked in advance and had a piece of mind. Great communication when we arrived at the airport were to meet my wonderful driver. Not issues or concerns.

  They guy picking us up from airport was late picking us up. Probably like 10min but sink won new to a country, I expected hik to be on time. We couldn’t call or text. Had random pwople in airport call and phone didn’t work so I felt like I was being scammed so I was freaking out. When he picked us up, it was like we were in a ash tray. Nothing but cigarette smoke. He didn’t wear a seatbelt thwn he was on phone with his woman and rwg conversation was in appropriate. The guy who dropped us off was also late. He was nice but whenever he would go pass 60, the tires wouod shake. Car dirty and old. Horrible experience.
