What To Expect
Pickup Details (for Arrival Transfers): Providenciales International Airport (PLS) After you clear customs, exit the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting outside in the parking area. Please tell the dispatcher your name and our company name. If you do not see your driver after a few minutes, please contact us for immediate assistance. Please provide: • Flight number • Arrival time • Hotel/villa name and address (Please be advised that all rides are per two traveler) Important Arrival & Delay Information To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please note the following: • Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed more than 30 minutes, your transfer may overlap with another guest’s scheduled pickup. – You may choose to wait up to 30 minutes for the next available driver. – If you prefer not to wait, you are eligible for a partial refund. • Communication Required: Please notify us of any changes to your flight or arrival time as soon as possible. This helps us adjust schedules and reduce conflicts with other bookings. • Same-Day Changes: Same-day adjustments to your booking (for reasons not related to airline delays) can be rebooked for $20, based on availability.

5.00Karen was wonderful! She picked us up at the airport and even made adjustments after I originally gave her the wrong day. We ended up with Karen again when our hotel called for a ride for us. The traffic was bad this time and she took other ways to get us to our dinner reservations in amazing time instead of sitting in traffic! We also had her number to directly contact her to be picked up from dinner and of course she was there in minutes. Karen then saw us at the fish fry and was sure to come by and talk with us and help us out with recommendations so thoughtful and helpful of her going out of her way! I can’t say enough of how amazed we were of her driving and helpfulness with tips for our own driving.
