What To Expect
Pickup Details (for Arrival Transfers): Providenciales International Airport (PLS) After you clear customs, exit the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting outside in the parking area. Please tell the dispatcher your name and our company name. If you do not see your driver after a few minutes, please contact us for immediate assistance. Please provide: • Flight number • Arrival time • Hotel/villa name and address (Please be advised that all rides are per two traveler) Important Arrival & Delay Information To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please note the following: • Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed more than 30 minutes, your transfer may overlap with another guest’s scheduled pickup. – You may choose to wait up to 30 minutes for the next available driver. – If you prefer not to wait, you are eligible for a partial refund. • Communication Required: Please notify us of any changes to your flight or arrival time as soon as possible. This helps us adjust schedules and reduce conflicts with other bookings. • Same-Day Changes: Same-day adjustments to your booking (for reasons not related to airline delays) can be rebooked for $20 per person, based on availability.

5.00The Man at the Airport that we were told to contact with, immediately contacted our ride and she was there within 10 minutes. She loaded our luggage gave us a nice cold water and we had a nice conversation to the short ride to the resort.

5.00My family and I have just returned from a week vacation in Provo, Turks and Caicos We had the pleasure of meeting KP during our initial transport from the airport to our destination. She was a complete professional, giving us all the knowledge of the island that we asked for-a complete professional in every way. Little did we know that during our stay, KP and Emmanuel would go to such great lengths to ensure that our stay was everything we dreamed of! They were available to transport us anywhere we wanted to go with complete punctuality, efficiency, and care. They both took the time on their days off on Sunday to accommodate our seven person group. There are not enough positive words to convey our gratitude and appreciation for both KP and Emmanuel! They made our trip extremely special-getting hugs at our drop off at the airport from KP was my favorite interaction with her! KP and Emmanuel, the seven of us want to thank you so much for giving us one of the best weeks we have had together on the island! Highly, highly recommend both of them! ♥️
