What To Expect
Pickup Details (for Arrival Transfers): Providenciales International Airport (PLS) After you clear customs, exit the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting outside in the parking area. Please tell the dispatcher your name and our company name. If you do not see your driver after a few minutes, please contact us for immediate assistance. Please provide: • Flight number • Arrival time • Hotel/villa name and address (Please be advised that all rides are per two traveler) Important Arrival & Delay Information To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please note the following: • Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed more than 30 minutes, your transfer may overlap with another guest’s scheduled pickup. – You may choose to wait up to 30 minutes for the next available driver. – If you prefer not to wait, you are eligible for a partial refund. • Communication Required: Please notify us of any changes to your flight or arrival time as soon as possible. This helps us adjust schedules and reduce conflicts with other bookings. • Same-Day Changes: Same-day adjustments to your booking (for reasons not related to airline delays) can be rebooked for $20 per person, based on availability.

1.00In the beginning it started off very well other than the strong smell of marijuana in the vehicle. The driver was very nice and gave us good recommendations of things to do during our stay. When we were picked up after our trip at our resort is when everything turned sideways. When we arrived at the airport he stated that we never paid and made an offhand comment when we gave him the tip asking if the cost changed. I showed proof of payment through Viator and was told that was only a one way cost. After going through countless contacts for a PayPal QR code I sent additional funds to a PayPal address to Queen Dimples… very curious if she actually works for this company. In the messages back and forth through Viator there was no communication about additional funds, just asked what time our pick up was. I feel like we were completely scammed. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
