  Anwar and his professional driver were the perfect hosts and looked after my wife and I very well. Anwar has a thorough knowledge of the history and geography of Tangier and Morocco. I would definitely contact him again when I next return to Morocco. Thanks for a great tour.

  Our tour in Tangier was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Anwar. From the moment we met him, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history and culture. He showed us the most beautiful and interesting places around Tangier, explaining the stories behind each location and making the experience both fun and educational. Anwar was very attentive, patient, and made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and enjoyed the tour. What made the experience special was his passion for his city. He shared local insights, great recommendations, and made us feel very welcome. If you are visiting Tangier, I highly recommend taking a tour with Anwar.   1. I highly and only recommend Anwar. As a significantly experienced traveler and frequenter of tours, Anwar, his driver, and network of contacts, were outstanding in many aspects 2. Anwar and his team of contacts will allow you to experience Tangier as a local or near-like a local. If you seek an experience with the safest and highest level of authenticity, Anwar is for you. 3. His knowledge and patience explaining everything from religion to why the doors in Tangiers of homes have bolts and the meanings, symbols, experiences, food, everything…!!! His knowledge and explanations of everything and professionalism is second to none 4. Camel rides are amazing, safe, and include some great photographs (on your own device). 5. The restaurant of his choice is very authentic, safe, and exactly what you’d want in a day or short trip. We got to try the main 5-6 Moroccan dishes and experienced some amazing hospitality with his network and connections. -food allergies were take into account for us! 6. We visited an oil shop at our request that was amazing, as well as the outside of the main mosque in town, public parks, and soccer stadium! -yes there is an itinerary, but Anwar and his team accommodated for our requests as well. 7. Tip- folks make a living on tips, just like economies on Las Vegas and Nevada… he definitely earned a big tip! 8. We went as a family but single travelers, couples, big group I think would all do right by him. - I agreed to write this review, something I don’t do often, but Anwar and his team’s services can’t go unspoken.   I had an amazing tour in Tangier! Everything was perfectly organized and I enjoyed every moment. The city is beautiful and full of history, and the experience was even better thanks to our guide. Our guide was incredibly kind, helpful, and also very funny, which made the tour relaxed and enjoyable. He explained many interesting things about Tangier and made sure everyone was comfortable. We also had the chance to try wonderful local food, which was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of the tour. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tangier. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely do it again!

  This was a great tour of Tangier by Anwar.He did communicated with me prior to my arrival and ask me about my interests and what I like to see. He went out of his way to make the day very pleasant. He even picked me up from the train station. He is very kind, attentive and knows his way around his city. I would definitely recommend him for a day tour of Tangier. Great place to eat and shop. Very pleasant day, all thanks to Anwar!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience in Tangier! From the moment the tour started, everything was perfectly organized and enjoyable. Our guide was outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the city. He shared fascinating history, local stories, and hidden gems that made the experience feel special and authentic. His energy and professionalism made the tour both fun and informative. The food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed fresh, flavorful dishes that gave us a real taste of Moroccan cuisine. Every meal was a highlight, full of rich spices and incredible aromas. And the city it self is simply wonderful — a beautiful mix of cultures, stunning views, charming streets, and vibrant markets. Tangier has a unique atmosphere that makes you fall in love with it instantly. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting. It was unforgettable, and I would happily do it again!

  We booked the private tour with Anwar and had the best experience visiting Hercules Cave, the Kasbar , the old town markets and the even a camel ride which was great fun . Anwar was very friendly and knowledgeable about his home city of Tangier . We felt extremely safe at all times with Anwar guiding us around the city streets . We wanted to sample the local cuisine and Anwar took us to the Moroccan Brocade restaurant where we had a very tasty four course lunch . I wouid highly recommend booking this trip .

  We recently took a Tangier tour and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I booked the tour late, so our original guide did not meet us right away. When we arrived at the port, however, everyone immediately knew who our guide was. Another guide stepped in immediately (unplanned) and no beat was missed. The second guide called our original guide and assured us he would meet us later. We were a little leery at first, but this turned out to be a great decision because the guide was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Had a private sprinter van with a driver and all. Our tour guide truly went the extra mile, showing us all the highlights, and all tickets and entry fees were included, which made everything seamless and stress free. One of the highlights of the tour was riding camels for about 20 minutes along the beach. Camels are very tall, which we quickly learned the moment we climbed on, lol. We also saw the Rock of Gibraltar and Spain from Africa, which was absolutely incredible and truly a wow moment. Later, our original guide met up with us, brought us gifts, and even got me some authentic Moroccan coffee. That personal touch truly made the experience special. I highly recommend this tour. It was professional, thoughtful, and well worth it. A very memorable experience. Wish we had more time.
